The Role: Leading Communities
Imagine you are the mayor of a small town made entirely of coffee shops. Your job is to make sure every shop is happy, clean, and serving great coffee. As a District Manager, you oversee 10 to 15 Starbucks locations. You don't just look at the money; you look at the people. You help store managers become great leaders and make sure every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence across multiple store locations.
- Coach and develop store managers to build high-performing teams.
- Ensure brand standards and customer service protocols are strictly followed.
- Manage regional budgets and implement community engagement programs.
Compensation Package
Target salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (plus bonuses). Perks include 'Bean Stock' (company shares), free coffee, and full tuition coverage through Arizona State University.
Requirements
5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail or hospitality. You must be a people-person with a track record of driving business results.
