As an Account Executive, you are a consultant and a partner. You listen to a company's problems and show them how Salesforce technology can be the solution. You build long-term relationships and help businesses thrive in the digital world.
Key Tasks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within global enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact to final contract negotiation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to demonstrate Salesforce solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets through strategic account management.
Compensation
Target earnings (Base + Commission): $140,000 - $250,000. Perks include health insurance, 'Volunteer Time Off' (VTO), and a dynamic office at Salesforce Tower.
Requirements
Proven track record in software sales (SaaS). You must be a persuasive communicator and a strategic thinker.
