How does a giant company talk to the world? That is what you do. As a Communications Manager, you are the storyteller for PepsiCo. When we do something good for the planet or launch a new snack, you make sure the news reaches the right people. You write the stories, talk to the press, and help our leaders explain our vision. You are the guardian of our reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
- Write press releases, executive speeches, and social media content.
- Manage media relations and respond to public inquiries.
- Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary.
Compensation
Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 plus bonuses. Benefits include a great retirement plan, employee discounts, and a vibrant, collaborative office culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism. 6+ years of experience in PR or corporate communications.
