The Role: Building Global Connections

Your job is to make sure our hotel is the first choice for big companies, celebrity events, and international travelers. As the Director of Sales, you are the face of our luxury brand. You build relationships with travel agencies and corporate event planners, showing them why our suites and ballrooms are the best in the city. You are part salesperson, part diplomat, and part visionary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales goals for multiple luxury properties.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with corporate clients and groups.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and account executives.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition in the Chicago market.

Compensation

Expected earnings: $140,000 - $190,000 (including performance incentives). Benefits include worldwide hotel discounts, 401(k) matching, and an executive bonus plan.

Requirements

10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector. You must be a master of negotiation and relationship building.
