The Role: Financial Storytelling
Imagine you are a professional critic, but instead of reviewing movies, you are reviewing entire companies. As an Equity Research Associate, you study a company's health—how much they earn, what they spend, and what their future looks like. You then write reports telling investors, 'Yes, this company is a great investment,' or 'No, you should wait.' You are the bridge between raw data and smart investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and build valuation models for public companies.
- Write detailed research reports and investment recommendations.
- Interview company executives and industry experts to gather insights.
- Communicate complex financial ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
Salary & Benefits

Requirements
Strong analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics. CFA candidacy is a plus. You must be highly motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.
