The Role: The Sky's Air Traffic Controller

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily flight schedules and crew assignments at O'Hare International Airport.
- Monitor weather patterns and coordinate with pilots for safe routing.
- Manage budgets for fuel and airport operations.
- Ensure all flights comply with FAA safety regulations.
Salary & Benefits
Annual earnings: $115,000 - $160,000. Benefits include unlimited standby travel for you and your family, excellent healthcare, and a pension plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Business. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make fast decisions under pressure.
