Key Duties
- Optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption and increase speed.
- Manage a large team of warehouse and transport staff.
- Implement new tracking technologies to improve package visibility.
- Solve complex problems during weather delays or peak holiday seasons.
Compensation
Base salary: $95,000 - $130,000. FedEx offers excellent retirement plans, employee flight discounts, and comprehensive life insurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business. Strong leadership experience and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure are essential.
