As a Principal Product Designer, your job is to make those tools even better. You don't just design a button; you design how an artist feels when they are creating. You make complex creative software feel simple, intuitive, and inspiring. You are designing the tools that the world's creators use every day.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design vision for flagship products like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Conduct deep user research to understand the needs of creative professionals.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems for web and mobile.
- Mentor other designers and collaborate with engineering leads.
Compensation
Total compensation: $160,000 - $240,000. Adobe offers generous stock grants, 'wellness days' off, and a culture that celebrates diversity and creativity.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in UX/UI design. A world-class portfolio and a passion for creative tools are required.
